Project Details: November 2015. Project included selective exterior repairs of existing 6-story, 61-unit, wood framed condominium building. Scope included selective repairs at existing horizontal stucco reveal joints, removal and replacement of existing elevated deck column trim and edge flashings, deck waterproofing, storefront windows, guardrail repairs and exterior painting.
