Project Details: This project is a 12 unit complex and involves the removal of the existing EIFS siding system and installing a new stucco hybrid system with integrated rain screen system. All new windows and French doors are being installed and new bolt on balcony and railing systems are being installed as part of the project. Completion date July 2013.
